countless secret wars, distractions, for a substance gaia provides in hopes of fair trade

clogging roots to trees
chopping infected wood to make space for industry, creating fires, tainting the ozone

all earth's wildlife, affected by the air we all breathe

no more such actions will take place on the planet i inhabit, along with every other living being
we must all band together before our natural resources, which there's no abundance, fade away

what good can a few choice words accomplish
ants to the elephants of economy
single-celled organisms against a universe of corporate sharks

miniscule, worthless, tiny plans for a better future (a better future)
